Tattle-Tale Control Monitor
|
|
Identifies open controls in seconds. A single use monitoring device for
determining which, safety control has opened in response to a malfunction.
Saves wasted hours tracing a safety control shutdown, even if intermittent. A
quick, inexpensive way to visually spot where the problem is. Simply install in
parallel with each safety control. When a control opens, the red indicator flag
pops up. You will know immediately which area of the system is experiencing
problems.
- Disposable, safe, simple to use, and pocket sized
- Monitors safety controls, fuses, overload relays, motor protectors, freeze
controls, limit controls, safety switches, fusible links, or steam control
CAUTION: Not to be used with lockout relays, use TC-007. Available in 24,110 &
240 volts.

WS-1 Wet Switch Flood Detector
|
|
The Wet Switch is solid-state device to eliminate flooding and damage to
ceilings etc by either cutting the power to the unit and/or sending an alert
signal. They are placed in the Air Conditioner's secondary pan and are
activated with the detection of water.
-
Now has a built-in test and reset button for easier installation
-
Turns system off when detecting moisture due to condensate or drain leaks
-
One or two drops will cause Wet Switch to turn off a unit, alerting a
serviceman to a moisture problem
-
A lit LED indicates the Wet Switch is activated and has turned the unit off
-
Re-set simply by drying the absorbent pad with a paper towel and pressing the
reset switch
-
Connects to 24 VAC
-
More than one unit may be connected to a system
-
2 amp contact rating
-
Simple 3 wire installation
-
Sales displays available
-

DSP-1
|
|
Digital Single-Phase Line Voltage Monitor and motor protector. This device
works automatically by continuously monitoring the incoming voltage and will
detect any deviations outside the user selectable range. If the voltage is
outside the range a timer begins to count down to shut down the power.
Automatic voltage monitor and control system. Continuously measures incoming
line voltage, allowing detection of any voltage outside the tolerances that you
set. If these limits are exceeded, the response timer begins counting. You may
also set response time a short time for a quick response or a long time to
avoid nuisance tripping. If the voltage remains outside the tolerance after the
time has elapsed, the DSP-1 will turn off its output relay and protect your
device. While output is off, an additional delay timer activates to avoid rapid
restarts.

| PROTECTION |
Loss of Phase, Phase Reversal, Voltage Imbalance, Low Voltage, High Voltage |
| DISPLAY |
Large custom LCD display indicates all operating conditions at a glance. Three
large sets of digits provide easy system troubleshooting. |
| VOLTMETER |
Three independent voltmeters read both line and contactor load (backside)
voltages. |
| MONITORED VOLTAGE |
160 to 600 Volts 50-60 Hz. |
| POWER SUPPLY |
Power for the WPC-500 is automatically derived from any active phase. System
operation is not dependent on the control voltage or a specific phase for
power. |

ADM (Delay on Make)
|
|
Ideal for random starting of multiple units.
HOW IT WORKS: These timers delay circuit closure upon application of power.
Only after the set time period elapses and power remains ON will the circuit
close, allowing the protected motor or compressor to start. For typical HVAC
installations, timers are adjusted to random times to prevent power circuit
overloads. They are sometimes called random start timers.
-
Adjusts from 6 seconds to 8 minutes
-
Spin proof knob
-
Works with 24, 120 or 240 VAC control circuits
-
Supports up to 1.5 Amps
-
Two wire hookup for easy installation
-
Solid state with quick-disconnect terminals
-
Mounts with one self-tapping screw
-
Conformal coated circuitry protects against moisture and shock
-
UR recognized for US and Canada
-
Works with anticipator type thermostats

007 Control Checker
|
|
A lifetime tool for monitoring and checking safety controls and operating
controls.
One unit for all voltages 24-460 VAC or DC without switching dials or meters.
Compact, 4 oz, reliable. Saves troubleshooting.
For normally closed controls, 007 connects in parallel with safety control.
When the safety control opens in response to a problem in the system, 007 red
LED turns on and remains on until reset manually. With intermittent problem, the
LED remains on indicating the control is open. For operating controls, 007
verifies the status of all types indicating if there is power to the holding
coil, the NC contact is open or closed, the thermostat contacts are open or
closed, there is power to the contactor or starting holding coil, the overloads
are open or closed, or there is a bad connection either on control or power
side.
-
Features battery check and reset switch
-
Includes 9-volt battery
-
007 may be used over and over
-
U.S. Pat. No. 4,092,625
NOTE: May use with lockout relays.
